Richland township is a community of approximately 4,400 residents located 10 miles west of Saginaw, Michigan. Richland Township is a General Law Township and is governed by a Board of Trustees, although there is a full time Township Manager as well.
The unincorporated Village of Hemlock sits in the middle of Richland Township and includes a vibrant and growing commercial area to serve its residents.
