CALL TO ORDER: The meeting of the Richland Township Planning Commission Public Hearing was called to order at 7:00 P.M by Chairman Clark.PUBLIC HEARING: The Public Hearing was being held relative to the Proposed Language Amendment to Richland Township Zoning Ordinance Section 1415. Public Utilities and Service Installations. Notice of the Hearing was published in The Township Times as required. Questions were received and answered.ADJOURN HEARING: Motion by David H. Schafer, second by Brian Frederick, to adjourn the Public Hearing. Unanimous vote. Motion carried. Public Hearing adjourned - 7:34 P.M.CALL TO ORDER: The meeting of the Richland Township Planning Commission was called to order at 7:35 P.M by Chairman Clark with the Pledge to the Flag.MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: Motion by Brian Frederick, second by Gary Turner, the Minutes of February 5, 2008 to be approved with correction of Matt and Trish Bray to be added to Others Present. Unanimous vote. Motion carried.INSPECTION REPORT: Motion by David H. Schafer, second by Walter Rohn, to receive and file the Inspection Report for the month of February 2008. Unanimous vote. Motion carried.ZONING ADMINISTRATORS REPORT: Letter was sent out regarding unlicensed vehicle, will check the status later this week. All business received letters regarding the Temporary Sign Ordinance. Starting April 1, 2008, all business will have to register with the Township office when they will be using a temporary sign, two signs will be allowed per week, per district.PUBLIC COMMENT: None.OLD BUSINESS: None.NEW BUSINESS - PROPOSED ZONING ORDINANCE LANGUAGE AMENDMENT – Section 1415. Public Utilities And Service Installations - Motion by David H. Schafer, second by Brian Frederick, to recommend for Adoption to the Township Board of Trustees. Unanimous vote. Motion carried.PUBLIC COMMENT: Comments and questions were received and answered.ADJOURNMENT: Motion by David H. Schafer, second by Brian Frederick, to adjourn. Unanimous vote.
